* Recalling- Mind map helps in retrieving the information quickly, as it is presented in a systematic manner. Key words are sufficient to recall the points. One need not frame the entire statements or sentences.

* Using Creativity- Mind map is the best way to make optimum use of creativity. With the help of mind maps, one can easily get rid of linear thinking.

* Solving Problem- Mind map proves to be the best technique to solve both personal and professional problems. One can view different aspects, views or angles through which a problem can be understood and solved.
